1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or damage.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging to protect it during transit.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective).

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.


3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Refund of Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
